De fet, la paraula &#8220;brunch&#8221; \u00e9s la fusi\u00f3 de les paraules esmorzar (breakfast) i dinar (lunch) en angl\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019origen del brunch \u00e9s una mica incert, hi ha qui l\u2019atribueix a una costum novaiorquesa que tenien els habitants del barri del Bronx, que despr\u00e9s de la missa del diumenge a mig mat\u00ed es reunien per menjar plegats. Per altra banda, hi ha qui apunta que l\u2019origen es situa a Anglaterra, al s. XIX, quan els servents de la classe alta tenien festa els diumenges i per no deixar als senyors sense menjar, preparaven un gran bufet amb menjar tant d\u2019esmorzar com de dinar.<\/p>\n<p>Sigui com sigui, avui dia el brunch s\u2019ha incorporat a les nostres vides i \u00e9s tend\u00e8ncia a les xarxes socials.<\/p>\n<p>Si et ve de gust preparar un brunch, aqu\u00ed tens la recepta d\u2019un dels seus plats m\u00e9s t\u00edpics, els ous benedictins, que consisteix en ous escaldats a sobre d\u2019unes torrades, tot cobert amb salsa Holandesa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ous benedictins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 ou per persona<\/p>\n<p>1 muffin angl\u00e8s (si no en teniu, pa de motlle)<\/p>\n<p>1 tall de bac\u00f3 per persona<\/p>\n<p>Mantega<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<p>Julivert o cibulet<\/p>\n<p>Vinagre<\/p>\n<p>Fulles d\u2019espinacs crues<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Torra les llesques de muffin angl\u00e8s. Si no en tens, talla de forma circular un parell de llesques de pa de motlle, unta-les amb mantega i escalfa-les en una paella.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer l\u2019ou, primer de tot posa\u2019l en un bol separant el rovell de la clara. Posa aigua, sal i una mica de vinagre en un una cassola i escalfa\u2019l al foc fins que bulli. Quan comenci a bullir, afegeix amb compte l\u2019ou cru a l\u2019aigua i baixa la intensitat del foc. Quan hagin passat 4 minuts, recull-lo amb compte amb una cullera escumadora. Et quedar\u00e0 com un ou ferrat delicat i tot blanc, per\u00f2 per dins el rovell encara estar\u00e0 l\u00edquid.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre es cou l\u2019ou, fregeix els talls de bac\u00f3. Seguidament, posa\u2019ls sobre paper de cuina perqu\u00e8 s\u2019absorbeixi l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019oli.<\/p>\n<p>Posa un parell de fulles d\u2019espinacs, el bac\u00f3 i l\u2019ou a sobre el pa. Cobreix-ho tot amb salsa holandesa i decora-ho amb julivert o cibulet picat.<\/p>\n<p>Si vols pots substituir els espinacs amb <strong>rodanxes d\u2019alvocat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salsa Holandesa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 rovells d\u2019ou<\/p>\n<p>100g mantega<\/p>\n<p>1 cullerada sopera de suc de llimona<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Escalfa la mantega fins que quedi l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n<p>Posa un bol al bany maria, afegeix els dos rovells i bat els ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>En tres fases, afegeix poc a poc la mantega fosa.<\/p>\n<p>Al final, afegeix la cullerada de llimona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s dels ous, un bon brunch ha d\u2019oferir m\u00e9s varietat de plats, <strong>l\u2019objectiu \u00e9s elaborar un bufet premium<\/strong>.
